· A zipper storage pouch to be clipped into their three-ring binder that will hold the following extra supplies:

· Five extra pencils and a pen for checking and editing

· A small pencil sharpener with a lid

· Large eraser

· Dry-Erase marker

· Highlighter

· An agenda will be provided for free.

· They will need a total of nine folders (the more indestructible the better) with pockets and three holes that clip into their three-ring binders.

· They will keep their current work in one of these folders until I collect it.

· Reading

· Writing (x2)

· Math

· Science

· Social Studies

· Vocabulary

· Morning and Afternoon Work

· Personal

· One three-ring binder that will hold the previous items in the order listed, it will be kept in their desk during the day and taken home every afternoon

· These items will stay at school most of the time:

· A one-inch three-ring binder used as a “Writing Workshop Binder”, with one of the clip-in pocket folders

· Another one-inch three-ring binder used as a “Personal Dictionary” with one of the clip-in pocket folders

· A spiral-bound notebook

· A pack of notebook paper, about 1/8 of an inch thick, kept in their binder and the rest will remain at home to access when needed

· These additional supplies will be kept in their desk so they are ready for everyday:

· Three sharpened #2 pencils

· A pen to check and edit work

· One dry-erase marker, a clean old sock to keep it in and wipe off their dry-erase board (provided)

· Highlighter

· Colored pencils (optional)
