Dear Parents and Students!

Welcome to another exciting year of learning in the

Art room at West Lake Elementary!

Are you interested in donating materials to the art program?

I get occasional inquiries from parents who would like to buy something for the art room and send it in, but they don’t know what is needed.

Here are a few things that we could definitely use:

1) Unscented Baby wipes (for quick and sanitary hand cleaning)

2) Black Sharpie-markers –extra fine point and fine point (for drawing

3) Old copy paper- the kind with holes on the side is wonderful for draw freely paper.

If you have never been to the North Carolina Museum of Art on Blue Ridge Road in Raleigh , I highly recommend that you make the trip. It is FREE! Check it out at www.ncartmuseum.org .
