Welcome to 2nd Grade!

 

                        Dear Parents & Students,

 

                                    Welcome to Second grade!  I am very excited about the coming school year and hope that you

                        are as well!  Second grade is going to be a year of challenges, accomplishments, and lots of fun!

For the first day of school, please supply your child with the following materials below, so they may have a successful year.  Please do not label any of the folders.  We will do all the labeling the first day of school, so

a Black Sharpie is important!

           

Supply List:

                                    1 pack of #2 pencils (no mechanical pencils please)

                                    5 folders (3-prong to hold paper and has two pockets)

                                                *Please get one red, blue, green, yellow, and purple

                                    Pack of Colored Pencils (no crayons)

                                    Pack of 10 Markers

                                    Pencil Pouch (no pencil boxes please –they do not fit in the desks)

                                    1 Spiral Notebook

                                    1 Marble Composition Book

                                    2 Red pens for correcting papers

                                    Black Sharpie (for labeling belongings)

                                    Yellow Highlighter 

                                    Scissors

                                    Glue Stick
