Track 3 Fifth Grade Supply List

2008-2009

Parents, please use this as your shopping checklist. If you have trouble getting any of the materials, please let me know once school begins!

□ A 1½” three ring binder (please, no bulky zipper binders – simple is best)

□ 8 dividers labeled Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, Health, Class Information, Paper

□ Top load, clear sheet protectors

□ Two packs of loose leaf notebook paper (to be replenished throughout the year)

□ Two single subject notebooks (one labeled Reading and one labeled Science)

□ Two 2-subject notebooks

□ Standard pencils (no mechanical – to be replenished throughout the year)

□ Pens (blue and/or black ink)

□ Highlighter (any color)

□ Colored pencils for use in all subjects (pack of 12 is sufficient)

□ Two packs of 3 x 5 index cards

□ Pocket folder without brads labeled Homework

□ Pocket folder with brads for Spanish (students may reuse folders from 4^th grade)

□ Zippered pencil pouch (students may reuse pencil pouches from 4^th grade)

□ WLE Agenda may be purchased from me

Optional materials:

□ Glue stick(s)

□ Pencil top/cap erasers

□ Large eraser

□ Ruler with both metric and customary measurements
